Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Electrical Engineer
Create detailed process mechanical construction documents for design/build projects.
Coordinate niche process equipment from vendors and develop overall utility connection schedule for design/build projects.
Develop conceptual process mechanical design solutions in the pursuit of design/build projects.
Develop conceptual facility layout solutions with an emphasize on production flow and process piping design.
Collaborate with project management, operations, and sales teams in design/build efforts.
Provide construction administration specific to the process mechanical design for the design/build team.
Design, layout and build custom analog and digital Circuit Card Assemblies for a variety of applications
Design test installation configurations, wire harnesses, and data collection systems
Execute system integration, verification and validation, and effectiveness analysis
Support field testing including system installation, data collection, and performance analysis
Work with other engineering disciplines to design, develop and test hardware and software systems
Quality Engineer
Project Manager
Assessing existing assembly processes and suggesting opportunities for improvement, using tools such as PFMEA, gauge R&R studies, Statistical Process Control and process capability studies.
Ensuring that assembly standardized work is followed, that assemblers are given the proper training tools and that training and certification records are maintained.
Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes of problems that occur on assembly lines.
Assisting in the commissioning and approval of new assembly capital equipment, gauges and tooling.
Supporting the commissioning of assembly processes for new products, specifically ensuring that the new assembly process meets the requirements of the product quality plan. Developing and maintaining quality standards for Company’s assembly processes.
Utilizing quality feedback and metrics to implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment, great blueprint reading skills, knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing processes and experience in planning jobs. Familiarity with a registered quality system like ISO9000 or AS 9100 desirable. Experience with CAD models and computer based tools is a plus. A history of managing machinists or assemblers is also a positive for this position.
